In this Alaska validation, 44 known lode-gold mine locations fall inside the defined 6,903 km² test area. 40 of 44 GeoVENA results are within 1 km of the corresponding known lode-gold location, and 43 of 44 are within 1.1 km. 6 results coincide with the listed mine coordinate.
The map displays the complete set of 44 validation pairs used in the Alaska statistical comparison. The connecting line for each record shows the separation between the GeoVENA target and the corresponding known lode-gold location.
